Newport Core Transition Team's Purpose / Objective
The Newport Core Transition Team consists of representatives from area secondary school and adult service providers. We are also seeking membership from other community member and employers. The collective purpose of this group is to increase collaboration, cooperation and service delivery for youth with disabilities in their transition from school to adult life.
